Hello everyone!! We've gotten a lot of conflicting reports on the Mon. River so we went to Fairmont today. Parts of the river and creeks are fishable, some are not. We'll meet in the morning and decide as a group whether to fish the Mon or move to Cheat Lake or elsewhere. The time will be moved if needed so we'll still get the full nine hours on the water. In the morning anyone running late or whatever call me on my cell 304-621-0313 but tonight use our number, I don't have cell service here.----Russ Welcome to the Poorman Tournament Trail! Thank you all so much! Two Relay For Life Tournaments Added We've added two tournaments to benefit Relay For Life which raises money for cancer research. The tournaments will be: July 25 Mon. River Prickett's Fort September 5 Sutton Lake They are 7am to 4pm, $70, and the usual rules apply. Come out and fish for a cure! New Sponsors for 2009! The Poorman Tournament trail would like to Welcome some new sponsors for our 2009 season! Backwater Baits and Wright's Riverside Marine will be sponsoring our Western Division. And SportMart of Charleston and Hoda Baits, makers of the Poorman Series Buzzbaits, Spinnerbaits and soft plastics, will be sponsoring our Southern Division. Great to have you on board everyone!
