Hello everyone!! Welcome to the Poorman Tournament Trail! It's 2008 and things are looking great for this season. We think the changes made for this year will bring in more teams, and boost the trail overall. Vozniak and Edge roll at Burnsville: Congratulations go out to Ed Vozniak and Dennis Edge on thier dominating win at Burnsville Lake on April 27 winning with a weight of 9 pounds and 3ounces, beating thier closest competitor by 1 pound 6 ounces! We couldn't have asked for better weather as 81 anglers brought in 86 fish for a total weight of 117 pounds and 8 ounces. See everyone at Summersville! For full results click here. The Poorman Tournament Trail would like to welcome our newest sponsor, Pride of the Mountain Spring Water, made right here in West Virginia. The Poorman Tournament Trail in conjunction with Wal-Mart will be holding two benefit tournaments for Relay For Life. Those tournaments will be held on June 1st and October 12th on the Monongahela River at Prickett's Fort. Be sure to show up and and wet a line for a great cause! The Poorman Tournament Trail would like to welcome our 2008 sponsors: Mid-State Marine & Cycle, TTI- Blakemore Fishing Group, Dave Waldron at Burnsville Docks, Cabin Creek Baits and EFish911.com. With their support, this season promises to be the best year yet! We have made some changes to the Rules and Regulations that you'll want to read over. Basically, we've changed the Entry-Fees, Big Bass payouts, and the rules on alternates. Also we're allowing everybody to waive the results from one tournament.
